This item is the new brother to the Vertigo Corse Boot, the Vertigo Corse Air. This boot is a version of the Vertigo Corse aimed at riders in warmer climes in that it features a fully perforated Lorica outer shell, which forces air to enter the boot and circulate around the rider's foot. For you this means cooler temperatures with the same level of protection. A list of technical specs can make for dry reading so we invite you to stop by our showroom to see this outstanding product. Note: Translating European to American shoe sizes can be very tricky. A good fit in one European manufacturers boot does not always carry over to another European product. We encourage you to visit us for a personal fitting.

Vertigo Corsa specific features:

The Vertigo Corsa�s exclusive external ankle brace system ties into the rear vertebra panel and the boot lower in order to provide the highest level of support against tort ional twists or severe impacts without, however, reducing the boot�s flexibility or comfort. Made of thermoplastic resins the material offers high resistance and protective qualities. Please note that the external ankle brace is provided on the inside and outside of the rider�s ankle with the Vertigo Corsa.

The Vertigo Corsa boot extends the adjustable calf system by incorporating a buckle system over the bridge of the rider�s foot. With a simple adjustment of the Tecno VR knob the internal monofilament line will evenly close and wrap the boot around the riders foot in micro adjustments for a perfect glove like fit. This system also prevents the rider�s foot from sliding forward in a crash thus offering extra protection to the rider�s toes.

Each boot comes with a handy tool to ensure that all the elements of the Vertigo Corsa always remain tight.

Bolt on replaceable, adjustable and aerodynamic nylon/ceramic skid pads on the toe.

The shin deflector plate is the only replaceable deflector plate available in racing today. The Vertigo Corsa�s shin plate features carbon fiber construction.

Every Vertigo boots outer is fully constructed with Lorica. Lorica is a composite micro fiber material created from strands that are so fine, each one is less than one thousandth the thickness of silk. When injected with special resins, these fibers act like natural leather skin, but with the addition of better strength, softer texture, lighter weight and better moisture protection. Lorica is also highly resistant to abrasion � yet it still breathes � with more than three million pores per square centimeter. Easy to maintain, Lorica doesn�t stain and can�t be scratched and offers, reduced weight, more flexibility and more feel than leather racing boots.

The Vertigo series of boots are the only race boots to offer a patented adjustable calf system designed to accommodate calves of virtually any size in a clean, supportive and protective design that utilizes the patented and trademarked Sidi Vertebra system. With a simple adjustment of the Tecno VR knob the internal monofilament line will evenly close and wrap the boot around the riders calf in micro adjustments for a perfect fit. A maximum adjustment of 5cm is provided.

Three stage, shock absorbing heel cup molded in three different densities of plastic is one element that sets the Vertigo apart from all other sport boots. This system offers a built in shock absorbing range of 3mm. The heel cups internal area is also fully lined with impact resistant thousand-air cell memory foam for and extra level of comfort and protection.

Each Vertigo boot is lined throughout with lightweight perforated Teflon treated fabric in order to allow moisture to �breath� out to the Lorica outer and dry quickly with no mould build up in the long term. Gear change pad is molded of Dupont Techno-polymers, which ensure that the plastics qualities will not change in high or low temperatures.
