About Pro Italia
In 1987 three guys who loved motorcycles moved from Tennessee to seek fame and fortune in the entertainment business. While on that path they founded a motorcycle shop, Pro Italia, so named for their love of Italian machinery (though truth be told they also sold Triumphs at the time). Pro Italia’s location at the base of Angeles Crest Highway, a prime destination for sport bike enthusiasts in Southern California, was key to its growth, as was the club atmosphere of its shop, the customer focus, the passion for Italian bikes (and motorcycling in general), and the great service team.
In 1996 Pro Italia was one of the very first shops to open an online store as a natural progression of its mail order performance parts business. Joining up with desmoworks in 2011 gives Pro Italia and ducatiperformance.com customers what might be one of the greatest choice of parts, apparel, and accessories of any shop in the world... be it virtual or not. With the marriage of desmoworks and Pro Italia we’re here to help you go deeper into your passion.
At the end of the day we’re a 5,000 square foot shop just north of downtown Los Angeles, but with the internet we’re International. It's all thanks to our growing customer base.
