We keep an enormous inventory, but we don't claim to have every part available to us in stock. Some items are special order only, some are drop shipped and some are simply on back order. Feel free to contact us (via phone, email, the forums, etc.) to check the current availability (or shipping status) of a part you are interested in. We intend to incorporate a real time inventory listing on this site in the future.

We offer free domestic ground shipping on qualifying orders over $299. International orders, clearance items and some larger items such as rear stands, tires, frames, bodywork, etc... do not qualify for free shipping. This is not noted on the product page or during checkout currently so if you think an item might be too large to qualify please contact us Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm Pacific Time, at 818-249-5707, extension 6. Otherwise we may contact you after the order has been placed to append the shipping charges.

Our shipping department is open for questions Monday through Friday, from 9AM to 5PM Pacific Time, at 818 249-5707, extension 6. Your order will ship from our warehouse or one of our partner warehouses within North America Monday through Friday via UPS, or in some cases by USPS or FedEx. We strive to ship orders quickly so most in stock orders will ship within 24 hours of being placed. It is possible for delays to occur or possibly for an item to be back ordered. If there will be any delays on your order we will immediately notify you via email.

We ship worldwide daily and you can get a shipping quote through this site by adding the items to your cart and going to the first step of the checkout process for pricing and shipping options. Quotes are pulled in real time from the shipping companies using our address, your address and the item weight. Some oversize items may incur additional fees due to dimensions (which our system doesn't account for). We will notify you of changes to the shipping charge if any are necessary.

We suggest checking stock with us prior to placing an order if you need an item in a particular time-frame or are unwilling to accept a back-order condition.

If we have your items in stock we make every effort to ship your products within 2 business days from when we receive your order. For US and Canadian shipments, that means your items should arrive within 10 business days of placing your order. International shipments vary based upon country, shipping method, etc. If we do not have your item in stock, we have to obtain them from our vendors. It may take up to 10 business days for us to receive it. Some vendors, unfortunately, take a bit longer to get the items to us. We ship out within a day of receiving from our vendors. We'll do our best to estimate when you should receive your items but we don't always have control of deliveries. If we expect the item to take more than 10 working days to get to you, we'll let you know. You can request that we ship the items as received or hold until the entire order is filled. If your order was over $299, we will not charge for two shipments.

We want you to be 100% pleased with all your Pro Italia purchases. If you are not completely satisfied we will offer you an exchange or store credit. In order to return an item you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization # or RMA. To get an RMA # please call Pro Italia at 818 249-5707, extension 6. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA#.

Parts, clothing and gift items may be returned to Pro Italia within 30 days for exchange or store credit. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused with all it's packaging, and must have an authorized RMA#. Parts that have been used on a bike or damaged in any way are not eligible for return. Software, electronics, manuals, swimsuits, clearance items, used clothing and special orders may not be returned. Helmets bought either in our Los Angeles showroom or online are non-returnable. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance. A 20% restocking fee may apply to certain parts, please contact us with questions.

If a package is delivered to you with damage contact us immediately and we will help you initiate a claim with the shipping company to repair or replace the damaged item(s).

Please make arrangements to receive packages when they are scheduled to be delivered as neither Pro Italia nor the shipping company accept any responsibility for packages once they have been delivered (even if they are left outside your residence). You can request a signature to be required for delivery in the comment section during checkout.

It is possible to cancel an order at any time until it has shipped. If the item was special ordered specifically for you, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. You will be notified of a special order before the order being processed. All non-special orders that have been paid for by credit card will incur a 10% administrative fee that covers our expenses such as merchant services, order processing, etc. All non-special orders that have been paid for by PayPal will incur a 5% administrative fee.

The clearance page of this site offers a list of items we have at reduced pricing. This reduced pricing is limited to only items that are in stock and free shipping does not apply to clearance items. We suggest checking with us prior to ordering to ensure the item(s) you are interested in are still available. If an item sells in store or over the phone it is possible that the site won't be updated to reflect this for a few days.

By purchasing though our site you are agreeing that you will accept Terms and Conditions as set forth on this page. We support transactions via PayPal major credit cards through a secure, on-line, real-time credit card processing system. As well, we accept major credit cards through our secure site including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. This is the standard method of purchase. The charge will appear on your statement as "Pro Italia".

Unless specifically designated otherwise by the manufacturer, all products sold by Pro Italia are assumed to be designed and manufactured strictly for racing applications or incorporation on street machines that are used for racing. They are not intended for street use, and some products may, in some localities, be illegal for use on the street. Please check your local regulations prior to making a purchase with us. Motorcycle racing is a dangerous activity. While every effort has been made to ensure that products sold by Pro Italia are designed and manufactured to the highest possible quality standards, Pro Italia cannot assume any responsibility for property damage or personal injury incurred by or concurrent with the use of the products, even if such damage or injury is the direct result of the failure of the product sold by Pro Italia.

Pro Italia assumes individuals performing the installation of its products to be certified professional motorcycle maintenance technicians or qualified race mechanics, who can make the judgments and adjustments which may be necessary in the installation process, and which cannot be anticipated by the product manufacturer or Pro Italia in advance, in order that the installation is a safe and proper one. Pro Italia assumes no responsibility for damage or personal injury that may be caused by the actual product or the manner in which products sold are installed.

If you use products sold by Pro Italia, you use them at your own risk. We want you to be healthy, to ride safely, and enjoy a long lifetime of motorcycling. Please do not use any product if you are uncertain of your ability to properly install and use it.
