I have installed the EVR 220 in my 2006 Sport 1000. It has made a big difference in noise and more importantly function. In comparison to the stock clutch and hub I had, I am experiencing crisper more positive engagement. Two things of note for the install. My combo clutch tool did not match the profile of the new clutch basket. While the change in profile increases the circumference contact of the plates to the basket causing those crisp engagements in did not match the tool. No biggy some slight modifications and it was secured. The second is that the new basket also had a slightly larger circumference. Even though it still fit and had sufficient clearance between it and the housing I had to trim the inside of the sound deadening gasket for the clutch cover to prevent contact. Both minor things, just a heads up when doing the install.
All in all it is definite improvement and I should of done it last season!
