The purpose of a tank protector is to protect the finish of your tank and no tank protector does a better job than the TechSpec version. True it protects from belt buckle and zipper damage to the paint on a similar level to other high quality brands during use, but the TechSpec tank protector really shins when it is time to remove it. The are easily removable and reusable so there will be no damage to your tank upon removal. Many other brands use harsh adhesives that damage your tanks finish during removal, completely defeating the purpose of having a tank protecter in the first place!
